A party who is not satisfied with a decision of dispute boards may issue a “Notice of Dissatisfaction” and take its dispute to the next step in the dispute resolution procedure set out in the contract. In cases where there is no dispute board step in the dispute resolution procedure, the parties may proceed to arbitration or litigation directly as soon as a dispute crystalizes.
